Boston and a 51st Wedding Anniversary
We left for Boston and Sam and Jane’s 51st Wedding Anniversary on Thursday October 14th. JetBlue has a wonderful non stop direct flight from Denver to Boston. We left at about midnight and arrived in a cold and rainy Boston Friday morning at 5:30 am. We were so lucky because Sam and Jane had organized for a car to pick us up at the airport and drive us to our B& B – the Roger Brown House in Concord. The innkeepers had very nicely let us have access to our suite at that early hour, and we desperately needed it. We were dropped off, found our suite key and then just fell into the comfortable bed to sleep. I like the set up at the Roger Brown House – each suite comes equipped with a nice kitchen – stove, fridge, microwave, and dish washer. The kitchen is stocked with breakfast goodies. I much prefer fixing one’s own breakfast rather than having to worry about breakfast being served. For late risers such as us, this arrangement suited us perfectly. Service at the Roger Brown house is so good it’s invisible. The best kind of service. Check out their website here
The Wedding Anniversary party was held on the Saturday. Kevin is working on a web page of the photo’s from the event. For now we have a great group photograph of guests, and family
