The above photo was taken outside my office at about 4pm today. It had been steadily snowing all day with increasing snow towards the evening.
We were kind of expecting this. So I was prepared. I packed my trusty camera, laptop and an overnight case and i am currently holed up at the local hotel right on CSU Campus.
I am a little miffed that I have to pay for WiFi access. I personally think it should be be free! So after spending the $9.95 for 24 hours access, I skyped Kevin and he and I have had some fun taking photos of each other on our skype. Gotta love modern technology. Here is the both of us taking photos of the other while in mid skype….
I still have to decide what today's (1/6) photo of the day have to be! I need to review… It has been snowing for most of the day. So I am really glad I decided simply to grab a close and convenient hotel. Frigid arctic conditions expected tomorrow – but it will be sunny! It is currently a mere 10F (-12C) with temps falling rapidly… I think highs are supposed to get to 7F with a low of -2F (-18C)
