Merry Christmas!

Here in Colorado they are not forecasting snow over Christmas – but we still have a white Christmas because it has been too cold for the snow to really melt off. Kevin and I are off to spend Christmas eve and Christmas day with my parents. We are in charge of bringing dessert – pukka fruitcake that Kevin found in a old fashioned pastry shop in Louisville, called "A Grand Finale". It's pukka because it is made with Brandy – the not so secret ingredient missing in all American fruitcake. And Kevin managed to find leechee flavored icecream at the Pacific Ocean Market.

So Merry Christmas everyone.
