Kevin and I arrive back from a fabulous trip to Montana and Glacier National Park to hear news of the blasts in London. We have a stressful couple of hours trying to establish whether friends and family are safe. All safe and accounted for. Thank God!

Thanks for worrying about us over here – thanks Heavens, we are OK. But I am seriously pissed off at being a terrorist target for the second time in my life! First the ANC wanted to blow me up and now this lot. Not so much I am not afraid as I am NOT impressed!!
