Apparently humans were born to run. This is what scientists now say. So why is it so difficult to run on a regular basis? Why is it so difficult for me to drag myself out of my bed and tell my brain that it is a marvellous idea for me? I take one long look at the darkness outside (gotta love the end of daylight savings time) and head back to bed.

    Oh I’m with you on that one!!! Persuading the body to run when it’s cold and dark outside (and there’s no woolly mammoth chasing you…) is pretty close to impossible as my dismal record in this regard demonstrates!!
